MY PURPOSE
I am a trusted resource and information provider on the real estate finance industry. I help first time home buyers make their first big investment and young families grow into a bigger house. I help home owners increase liquidity, finance a college education or new business venture. I help people realize their dream home or relax into their patio home. I help my agents, builders, and lending partners achieve and enjoy a higher quality of life by making quality loans and closing more transactions.

Knowledge – I believe knowledge is power. As a 17 year veteran of the real estate finance industry I am sought as a trusted resource for accurate information and updates on the industry. I earned my Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America in 2007. The CMB designation is the industry standard of professional success. It symbolizes respect, credibility, ethics, and achievement within real estate finance.
Communication – I believe in open and honest communication. Each real estate transaction is unique whether a purchase, new construction or refinance. My responsibility is to guide the mortgage process to a smooth closing by addressing problems or potential problems directly and honestly. As a trusted resource I apply my knowledge and experience to ensure all parties to the transaction are properly informed.
Relationships – I am your mortgage partner. My commitment is to be of highest service to my borrowers, agents, builders, and other lending partners. I believe that people come first; program, product, and process come second.
OTHER GREAT STUFF
I am also the proud father of three amazing children and married to my rock, partner and soul mate. I enjoy reading, cooking, and fishing (when time permits). I am also a professional speaker and can be seen around town inspiring audiences to quit their way to success.
